Throughout the semester, I will be observing, comparing, and documenting many of the plants found upon the Cumberland Plateau in Sewanee, TN. More specifically, how they can be used as NTFT's, non-timber forest products. In doing so, this website will document 50 plans and their scientific names, identifying characteristics, uses, ethnobotany, ecologic importance, toxicity, and photos.
